Season Three of HBO’s Silicon Valley continued to build on two solid seasons and drawing more fans. For those of us who actually work in tech, I think we can appreciate the humor more than your average non-tech crowd. I have said on more than one occasion that the show mimicked real life in more ways than one, and that when you study the challenged that the crew of Pied Piper has to overcome, it is not unlike the challenges real-life tech firms face on a daily basis. When I sat down with Sudheesh Nair, President of Nutanix, Inc. he said “Hyperconvergence was never the end game. It was simply a pitstop on the journey.” He could not have said it any better. The long awaited Nutanix IPO…

Starting the RaceTo many, December means the holiday season, snow, presents and excited kids who can’t wait to rip stuff open that you spent hours lovingly wrapping. To many though, December 2015 will be the year that Nutanix put up our Christmas tree in the form of an S1, announcing our intention to go public. The unwrapping of the presents will happen the day Dheeraj Pandey and team right the bell. Ajay AggarwalI recently had the opportunity to sit down my boss, Ajay Aggarwal, Nutanix Vice President for Systems Engineering, Americas, to talk about a very broad range of topics.
